The Government Contact Center is being joined to the introductory campaign

There is very little time left for the launch of the 2018 campaign in Ukraine. Starting from July 2, registration of the electronic cabinets of entrants begins, and since July 12 institutions of higher education of Ukraine are beginning to accept documents from applicants for entry into electronic and paper forms.

On the eve of June 22, 2018, a Government Seminar was held with the participation of state experts from the Directorate of Higher Education and Adult Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, representatives of the Public Organization “Open Policy Fund” for the Center’s staff. Topic of the seminar: “Explanation of the 2018 admission campaign. Frequently Asked Questions about Entrance to Higher Educational Institutions in 2018.”

Within the framework of the training workshop, the MoES specialists provided explanations on issues related to changes in the Conditions of Admission to Higher Education Institutions, privileges granted upon admission to higher education institutions; what should be addressed by entrants when registering electronic cabinets and filing electronic applications for entry; on which open resources will publicize the results of enrollment; what measures the MES carried out to improve the procedures for organizing this year’s membership and many other useful information. It was also informed about the work of the advisory telephone “Introductory Campaign 2018”, in particular: phones (044) 287-89-29; (044) 481-47-62; (044) 481-47-69; (044) 287-82-130; 0 800 504 425 – free of charge and address of reception of citizens: Kiev, Blvd. Shevchenko, 16, room 117.

The governmental “hotline”, which is provided by the Government Contact Center, receives many appeals concerning the admission of university entrants to higher education institutions. All this complex of issues is demanded by the employees of the Center, which provide consultations directly to citizens by phone 1545, knowledge of normative legal acts. The seminars, which contribute to the professional growth of the Center’s staff, are assisted in this.
